I used the guide to downgrade from the latest firmware update and they're now working again. Thanks. It baffles me how a company like Bose can have something like this happen though. SMH. Edit: I did the same as twentyoneandbald by updating back to 1.4.12 through the app. Everything working ok for the first week. Not sure if something was updated with the speaker, it’s not connected to the Bose Music app since the app is an absolute mess. I redownloaded it quick to see if that would reset it, didn’t work. Has anyone had a solution to this problem? It seems this has come up in the Bose community support but seems to be getting ignored. Thanks
